When searching for venues, consider:

• The season (some venues close in winter or in August)
• Capacity (matching your guest list)
• Indoor and outdoor spaces (always have a solid backup plan)

Pro tip: When shortlisting venues, also check the ceremony location (church, town hall, or the venue itself). Avoid unnecessary travel complications for you and your guests.
